With a background in Fashion and Luxury Goods and 25+ years experience in Hospitality, Lifestyle and Destinations management, Alessandro Grassi is recognized as one of the most original and versatile professionals in the Travel & Hospitality business, as proved by International and Italian editors, who have a direct link with him and consider him their “antenna” in Italy. Alessandro directly coordinates the Florence office team, and G&P Clients based in Tuscany and Sicily.
Silvia Bruno Ventre
Founder, Managing Partner
With a degree in Economics, after holding managerial roles in Fashion industry – Armani, Valentino, Fendi, Calvin Klein - for over 20 years, Silvia Bruno Ventre joined the original firm Studio Grassi in 2004. Co-founder of Grassi & Partners in 2009, together with her husband Alessandro Grassi, is Managing Partner, and coordinating and supervising Hospitality Clients administration and HR.
Marcello Lovagnini
Senior Account Director
With more tahn 20 years esperience in communication he started working in pr and media relations in 2002 for international fashion and luxury brands like Etro, Evian, Benetton, Camper, Kenzo etc. Joined Grassi & Partners in 2006 as account manager for several clients with a focus on design (Boffi, Porsche Design, Saint Gobain etc.) fine foods and hospitality (Belmond, Illy, Lungarno hotels, Park Hyatt etc.). He subsequently took on the role of account director based in our Milan office.
