25hours Hotel Piazza San Paolino Firenze
Inspired by Dante’s Divina Commedia, 25Hours Florence Hotel has opened its doors in via Palazzuolo, in the very central Santa Maria Novella area, the hotel occupies the former San Paolino convent spaces and the city’s Pawnshop.
The project, extending outwards and including the nearby square, is aimed at the local community, as a meeting and gathering place.
Interiors are curated by designer Paola Navone, owner of OTTO Studio, they are inspired by elements and references of Dante’s Divina Commedia, in an eclectic way, in a succession of Hell and Paradise scenarios.
The F&B proposal includes global gastronomy, with traditional Tuscan recipes and dishes of international inspiration, along with a Bakery and Cafeteria area. There will also be a high-level mixology and drink bar, inside the Companion Bar.
