Toscana Resort Castelfalfi’s farmhouse is an ever-growing reality, careful not only to the production, but also to the landscape restoration of a unique heritage, because of its history and beauty. The area’s pleasant climate, the still untouched environmental context and the completely biologic production let the ground bear its fruit, in the maximum expression of aromas and flavors.

Expert farmers take care of the vineyards, more than 25 hectares of organic farming, which produces 6 different organic wines. Ancient and younger olive trees surround the medieval village, from which Castelfalfi produces IGP organic extra virgin olive oil.

Castelfalfi’s agricultural estate also counts the oldest grain on the planet: a high quality spelt with a strong flavor. The fertile land where la Tenuta is offers spontaneously top quality products, such as truffles and mushrooms, along with fruit trees, blackberries and strawberries.
